Settings app plays a pivotal role in the majority of the operations of Android 4.4.4 KitKat and all the previous versions of Android. It is said; Android is not Android without Settings. This is a built-in app, by default, and you may drag it on the Home screen of the Android devices for use.

It is easier to run the Settings from the Home screen. Just follow the Command Line:
