Command Line: Settings – Home > Language & input – PERSONAL > Language – Language & input.

1: Follow the Command Line to open up the ‘Language & input’ screen.

2: See the language set by default is ‘{Developers] Accented English’. KitKat-Setting-System-Language1

3: Tap the ‘Language’. It will open up a long list of more than 70 languages.

4: Scroll to the language of your choice and desire and tap it. After few moments, the Android 4.4.4 KitKat will take you back to ‘Language & input’ screen. Here, see the language, you tapped, has been selected as system language of your Android device. KitKat-Setting-System-Language2
