Professionals need different commands and options for the quick and swift usage of Microsoft Excel 2016 workbook. But, all these functions are not available in one tab in the Ribbon and one has to change the tabs, frequently, to work quickly and efficiently which is a tedious and time consuming job.
To quicken the process, Microsoft has included a traditional option in the Excel; Quick Access Toolbar. This is available in the top left corner of the workbook and can be configured and customized, according to your needs and requirements.
You add as many commands as you wish – which are commonly used – in the quick access toolbar to keep them available for immediate and quick application.
This toolbar is always available in all the tabs of Ribbon.
