Pulse Notification Lights are an interesting addition on some Adnroid 4.4.4 KitKat phones but not necessarily available in every Android KitKat phones. But, if these are available on some of the Android phones, it plays a very important informative role for the users of the phone by notifying him of the incoming calls or performance of any other app.

You may set pulse notification lights in the manner, liked or desired by you. To activate / enable the notification lights, follow the instructions.

Instructions

Command Line: Settings > Display & lights – DEVICE > Notification light – EXPANDED DESKTOP > Notification lights – General.

1: Tap ‘Settings’ on the Home screen of your Android 4.4.4 KitKat phone.

2: On the Settings screen, tap the ‘Display & lights’ under DEVICE.

3: At the ‘Display & lights’ screen, see the status of ‘Notification lights’ under the EXPANDED DESKTOP. It is ‘Disabled’.

4: Tap the ‘Notification lights’.

5: At the ‘Notification lights’ see the ‘Notification lights’ under the GENERAL is not checked, i.e. not enabled. Tap it to enable it.

6: See after the ‘Notification lights’ is enabled, the ‘Use custom values’ is also available for activation. Here, two initial options are available:

  • Missed calls
  • Voicemail

7: Tap ‘Use custom values’ to check, i.e. to enable it. Now, you may set the lights and colors of lights as well according to your choice and desire.
