The display of clock on the lock screen is a typical feature of Android Marshmallow. Here, in this feature, you may display either the clock, date & day, weather or alarm on the lock screen or any or all of these features may be selected to display on the lock screen – again depending upon your choice, need or requirements.

The configuration of the clock on the lock screen is easier to set but if you feel any problem, just have a look upon the instructions.

Instructions

Command Line: Settings (Home) > Lock Screen – Interface (Settings) > Enable – Clock On/Off > Clock / Date / Alarm

1: Just wake up your Android Marshmallow smartphone or tablet to see the lock screen where, currently, only date and day of the week is displayed but no time is visible there.  2: To display the Clock, tap the icon of the ‘Settings’ app, placed at the bottom right corner of the Home screen of your Android Marshmallow smartphone and tablet to open up ‘Settings’ screen.3: At the ‘Settings’ screen, scroll down to the Interface section and tap the ‘Lock Screen’.4: At the ‘Lock screen’ screen, see the Clock switch is already switched On. 6: To show the ‘Display time’ on the lock screen, tap it to activate this option.7: Now, go back to lock screen and see; the time is also being shown at the lock screen along with the day of the week, date and year.8: Now, sleep your Android phone and wake it up again to see the lock screen where the time is also displayed. That’s’ all!
