When your Android smartphone becomes slower and it becomes difficult to call urgently, it is always advisable to start looking the over occupied memory. At this juncture, you must understand that the phone book of your Android device needs clearance. So, why don’t we start from the previous frequently calling contacts list. This is usually a long one with heavy occupation of memory. Clearing it will make your phone a little quicker and softer.
It is just few steps process to clear the frequent calling contacts list but if need be, see the instructions.
Instructions
1: Tap the ‘Dialer App’ icon on the bottom left corner of the Home screen of your Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow smartphone to open up the ‘Dialer App’ screen.
2: At the top right corner of the ‘Dialer App’ screen but immediately below the status bar, tap the 3-dotted settings button. It will open up a popup menu.
3: In the popup menu, tap the ‘Clear frequents’. It will take you to the popup screen which will be asking your permission to clear frequently contacted list.
4: If you are willing to clear the frequently contacted list, tap ‘OK’.
And rest of the job will be performed by software of your Android device.
