When you find calls from specific contact becoming enormous during the routine audit and you felt the record is not of value to you or you want to get rid of this useless history, you may decide to clear this History. Clearing such frequent calls, one by one, may be a troublesome, tedious and time consuming task.

Keeping in view this need of the Android users, Android has a feature which, when applied, clears the frequent call record / history, immediately from the call log.

Caution: Please note that this particular feature may not clear just one contact but also will clear the list of all the frequent in your history. In addition, it will also affect the email apps, forcing them to learn from the scratch. So, better it is, to be careful to apply this feature.

Instructions

1: Tap the icon of the ‘Phone Dialer’ at the Home screen of your Android 4.4.4 KitKat device to open up the ‘Mass Response’ screen. KitKat-Clear-Frequent-12: At the ‘Mass Response’ screen, tap the ‘Settings’ button, available at the bottom right corner of the screen. It will open up a popup menu. KitKat-Clear-Frequent-23: Tap the ‘Clear frequent’ in the popup menu. It will open up a prompt. KitKat-Clear-Frequent-34: Prompt will warn you that you will clear frequently contacted list in the ‘People and Phone’ app and will affect the corresponding email apps, as well, to learn the addressing apps from the scratch.
