Call Forwarding has always been a problem for the new phone users which is though simple, yet a little confusing. But, this tutorial with the instructions will help you to understand the process of call forwarding for always in Android 4.4.4 KitKat. It would be simple to understand this video tutorial but it is better if you first understand the instructions and then go through video tutorial, given at the end of the article.
For the simplicity, follow the Command Line:
Command Line: Phone Dialer > Mass Response screen – Settings > Settings > Call Settings > OTHER CALL SETTINGS > Call Forwarding Settings
1: Tap the Phone Dialer icon to open up the Mass Response screen.
2: At the Mass Response screen, tap the Settings button, available at the right bottom of the screen. It will open up a popup where tap on the Settings. It will take you to the ‘Call settings’.
3: At the ‘Call settings’ screen, go to the OTHER CALL SETTINGS. At OTHER CALL SETTINGS, tap ‘Call Forwarding’.
4: At the ‘Call forwarding settings’, you will find 4 settings:
a: Always Forward.
b: Forward when busy.
c: Forward when unanswerable.
D: Forward when unreachable.
You may select any of the situations and the number to answer to the caller according to the situation.5: Tap ‘Always forward’ and a prompt with numerical keyboard will appear, offering you to write down the number of your choice and then tap ‘Enable’ or ‘Cancel’ in case you decides to cancel the call forwarding.
